Acceptable Use

You may not

• Upload or generate content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
• Use another person’s likeness, voice, brand, or product without authorization.
• Create deceptive endorsements, scams, manipulated news, impersonation, hateful or harassing material, or unlawful advertising.
• Generate sexual content involving minors, exploitative material, or content that targets or endangers children.
• Use the Service to make medical, financial, legal, safety, or performance claims that are unsubstantiated or prohibited.
• Attempt to bypass security, rate limits, credit controls, provider safeguards, or access restrictions.

Brand misuse and inappropriate content

Do not impersonate a brand, falsely suggest sponsorship or endorsement, use brand imagery without a lawful basis, or pair a brand with unlawful, hateful, threatening, exploitative, defamatory or harassing material. Non-consensual intimate imagery and sexual exploitation are prohibited. You must not use prompts, edits or references to evade these restrictions or a provider’s safeguards.

Uploads and provider restrictions

Submit only images and other materials that you own or are authorized to use for the intended purpose. Video generation providers may reject uploaded images or stop generation under copyright, trademark, safety or other content policies, even if you have permission. An automated rejection does not establish infringement, and acceptance does not establish legal clearance. Do not alter a prompt or image to evade provider safeguards. Review the provider’s requirements and use authorized alternative material or seek review if you believe a rejection is mistaken.

Advertising compliance

You are responsible for obtaining necessary rights and permissions, reviewing each output before publication, substantiating claims, providing required disclosures and sponsorship notices, and complying with sweepstakes rules, age gating and publishing-platform policies. AI generation and automated checks do not clear legal rights or guarantee compliant advertising.

Enforcement

We may remove content, restrict a render, suspend or terminate an account, or cooperate with lawful requests when we reasonably believe this policy or applicable law has been violated.

Report misuse

Report suspected infringement, brand misuse or prohibited videos to support@viralframe.ai. Include a project or content link and enough information to identify the issue. Responsibility for user misuse and applicable liability limits are described in our Terms of Service.
