Last updated: October 4, 2026
Protected work
The ViralFrame AI name, brand elements, software, workflow design, interface, prompts, documentation, and non-user content are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, trade-secret, contract, and unfair-competition laws. No license is granted except the limited right to use the Service under our Terms.
No copying or reverse engineering
You may not copy, scrape, reproduce, frame, mirror, reverse engineer, decompile, or build a substantially similar service from ViralFrame’s proprietary materials, except where a non-waivable law expressly permits it.
Patent policy
ViralFrame may seek patent protection for eligible technical inventions as its product evolves. This page does not claim that any patent is issued or pending. Patent rights arise only from an actual filed application or issued patent, not from a website notice. Keep technical implementation details confidential until a patent attorney advises on filing strategy.
Rights-holder notices
If you believe material in ViralFrame infringes your rights, send a detailed notice identifying the work, the allegedly infringing material, your authority to act, contact information, and a good-faith statement. ViralFrame may request additional information and may remove or limit material while reviewing the report.
Your feedback
Feedback is welcome. If you provide ideas or suggestions, you allow ViralFrame to use them without obligation, unless we separately agree in writing.
