VIRALFRAME INFORMATION
Privacy Policy
This policy explains how ViralFrame AI handles account details, creative briefs, uploaded assets, and generated videos.
Last updated: October 4, 2026
What we collect
We collect account information you provide, including email address and authentication data. We also process the content you upload or enter, such as product images, logos, business briefs, concepts, render prompts, generated videos, and support messages.
We collect limited technical information needed to operate and secure the Service, such as device, browser, IP-address-derived security signals, and usage events.
How we use it
We use this information to authenticate users, operate workspaces, create concepts and renders, prevent abuse, maintain the Service, respond to support requests, and comply with law. We do not sell uploaded creative assets or personal information.
Service providers
We use infrastructure and generation providers to deliver the Service, including Vercel for hosting, Supabase for authentication and storage, OpenAI for concept and voice generation, Luma for video generation, Shotstack for media assembly, and Stripe for subscription billing. These providers process account, creative, media, or payment-related information as needed to provide their services. ViralFrame does not store complete payment-card numbers.
Retention and deletion
Projects and their related assets remain in your workspace until you delete them or close your account, subject to limited backup, fraud-prevention, and legal-retention needs. Deleting a project removes its related application records and requested stored assets from the active Service.
Your responsibilities and choices
Only upload content you are permitted to use. Do not upload personal data or images of minors unless you have the required authority and consent. You may request account assistance or privacy information through the support contact published in the Service.
Security and changes
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service is perfectly secure. We may update this policy as the Service evolves; the latest version will be posted here with its updated date.
